Victory of the People; more than a slogan, it’s how we serve. Koll, the shortened Greek name for Nikolaos, is composed of two Greek words—Nike, meaning ‘victory’ and Laos, meaning ‘of the people’. We believe what we do is important, not because we’re so great, but because the impact we are charged with leaving behind has to be so significant. Ultimately, our job is serving the needs of people. Improving their surroundings to enable them to be better, do better and accomplish more. Every project, at its genesis, is an evolution to something better than what existed before. An improvement – a raising of the bar – a defeat of old practices and mindsets – a win – a triumph – a victory for all who are involved.
