The Bryan Texas Utilities (BTU) Headquarters project reflects a meaningful partnership rooted in service to the Bryan–College Station community. When BTU outgrew its previous space, SZS Architecture brought Koll Interiors in early to help design a workplace that supports both current employees and future growth across Brazos County. Our team created a flexible, scalable office furniture plan—a “kit of parts” that adapts as BTU’s needs evolve. From workstations to collaboration areas, every detail enhances communication, comfort, and efficiency. This project embodies a mission shared by both BTU and Koll: serving people well and creating environments where they can thrive.
